At tribe47, we connect business goals with marketing strategy and execution. We’re looking for a Marketing Project Owner who can lead clients, make clear recommendations, and turn a multidisciplinary team’s expertise into measurable progress.
This isn’t a role for someone who only keeps tasks on track. You’ll own the direction and delivery of your projects, with strategists and specialists supporting you along the way.
What you’ll own
- Business direction: Understand the client’s business model, goals, and constraints. Translate them into clear marketing priorities, KPIs, and an actionable roadmap.
- Client leadership: Be the client’s main partner. Lead meetings and workshops, explain recommendations, challenge assumptions, and manage expectations.
- Strategy into execution: Connect performance marketing, creative, content, marketing automation, and conversion optimization into one coherent plan.
- Project delivery: Define scope, responsibilities, timelines, and quality expectations. Give specialists clear briefs, remove blockers, and keep decisions moving.
- Project economics: Manage the delivery budget and team capacity. Monitor hours and profitability, address scope creep, and negotiate changes before they become problems.
- Results and learning: Work with specialists to interpret performance, identify what isn’t working, and recommend what to change, test, or stop.
- Long-term partnership: Spot risks to the relationship early and identify opportunities to renew or expand the collaboration when they create real value for the client.
What you bring
- Experience independently leading marketing projects and client relationships in an agency.
- A broad understanding of digital marketing, with hands-on experience in at least one area: performance marketing, marketing automation, CRO, or content.
- Strategic thinking: you can diagnose a problem, weigh options, and recommend a direction rather than simply pass on the client’s requests.
- Confidence with numbers: you understand marketing KPIs and project economics, ask good questions, and use data to make decisions. You don’t need to build every analysis yourself.
- Strong consulting and communication skills. You can lead a workshop, give clear feedback, and say “no” constructively.
- Team leadership: you delegate clearly, hold people accountable, and know when to involve a strategist or specialist.
- Evidence of ownership: you can walk us through projects you led, the decisions you made, and the outcomes, including what you would do differently.
- Excellent Polish and English, written and spoken, with availability for client collaboration during business hours.
Experience with e-commerce, D2C brands, or growing businesses is a strong plus.
What success looks like
Your clients understand what we’re doing, why it matters, and what comes next. Your team has clear priorities and room to do great work. Projects stay within agreed scope and budget, risks surface early, and recommendations evolve as we learn.
You’re not expected to know everything or do everything yourself. You are expected to connect the dots, make decisions within your remit, and bring in the right expertise when needed.
What we offer
- Ownership of projects, with support from strategists and channel specialists.
- A choice of contract type: B2B, UoP, or UZ.
