🟣 What type of people are we looking for?
- Experienced DTP Designers with a strong understanding of print production (portfolio required)
- Freelancers available for approximately 30 hours per month
- Responsive professionals who are available during business hours, with at least part of their working time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CET) – availability limited to evenings and weekends is not sufficient
- Detail-oriented specialists with an excellent sense of composition, typography, and print production standards
- Self-sufficient individuals with great time management and communication skills
- Polish and English-speaking positive souls who are true team players
🟡 What skills and experience is crucial for us?
- Excellent knowledge of DTP principles and print production processes
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign
- Proven experience in preparing print-ready files, supported by a portfolio
- Experience working directly with printing houses, including preparing and sending production files
- Readiness to communicate with printing houses via email and phone to clarify technical questions when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality print output
- Previous experience collaborating with printing houses will be considered a strong advantage
